Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and contribute to the development of our young learners. At Harmony, we believe that every child is unique and capable of achieving great things.

Our approach to early childhood education is centered around creating a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and connection. Our teachers work collaboratively with families to provide high-quality learning programs that cater to the individual needs of each child.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or a related field, and be passionate about working with children and their families. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging early learning programs, building strong relationships with families and colleagues, and creating a safe and inspiring environment for our children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead early learning programs that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families through regular communication and collaborative planning
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of our children and families
  • Embed the principles of early childhood education in all aspects of your practice
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
