Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Gaming & Bar Attendant at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach.

Job Description

This role involves creating a warm welcome and friendly conversation for customers, serving a wide variety of beverages to a high-quality standard, and maintaining a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the venue is clean and inviting for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and provide exceptional service
  • Serve beverages to a high quality standard and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain the gaming area in a clean and organized manner
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Gaming Machine certification requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a bar and gaming environment
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of gaming machines and RSA regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
