Job Title

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Resource Scheduler, playing a key role in supporting our roadside assistance operations through strategic planning and resource allocation.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new initiatives and advocate for sustainability solutions.

As a Resource Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing schedules to meet service level targets and operational demands.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in workforce scheduling or a related operational role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
