Tanker Driver Role Overview

At Hanson, we're looking for a skilled Tanker Driver to join our team. As a Tanker Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting bulk goods across various locations. This role requires a high level of independence, as you'll often be working alone and may not interact with colleagues frequently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive a tanker for Hanson, transporting bulk goods to various locations
* Meet with new customers and interact with existing ones on a regular basis
* Work a variety of shifts, including day and night shifts, pending business requirements
* Use cutting-edge technology to navigate routes, track progress, and ensure safety
* Drive a range of trucks, including tippers and agitators, as needed

Requirements:

* Hold a minimum of a HC license with previous tanker driving experience
* Enjoy working independently and prefer to keep to yourself at work
* Take pride in the appearance of your truck, keeping it clean and well-maintained
* Pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test
* Meet specific weight requirements for certain trucks
