Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes?
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team at Parkview Community Care.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing high-quality support services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Encourage clients to maintain their physical and mental health through exercise and social activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Current Police Clearance (National Police Certificate)
- Right to work in Australia
- Current Australian driver's licence
