The Opportunity

Join our Sydney Corporate practice working with Partner Grant Hummel and team. Collaborate on top-tier matters and work with prominent clients.

Accountabilities

Specific accountabilities include:

  • Equity capital markets transactions, including IPO and ASX listings, secondary raisings, and private rounds.
  • Private and public M&A, including sale of business, share purchase agreements, and schemes of arrangements.
  • Corporate governance and director duties advice.
  • Business set up, structuring, shareholder agreements, and related documentation.
  • Work in collaboration with international clients on Australian transactions.

To be successful, you might have:

  • 5-10 years PAE.
  • Experience in ECM & M&A.
  • Strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Strong leadership skills to assist in developing our junior cohort.
