The Business Transformation Strategist plays a pivotal role in aligning business capabilities, processes, and strategies with organizational goals. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to create and maintain models and frameworks that provide a clear understanding of the enterprise's current and future state, driving value through effective change management and business transformation initiatives.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Architect
- Passion for business architecture
- Ability to develop and maintain business capability models and maps
- Capacity to create roadmaps to guide business transformation efforts
This key position will be part of shaping the organization's future, working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive business transformation and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business architecture principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The Business Transformation Strategist will work at the strategic level, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to create and maintain models and frameworks that provide a clear understanding of the enterprise's current and future state.
