Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to develop and execute an organic social media strategy that fosters genuine connections with online communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of subreddit culture and engagement strategies to effectively interact with users.
  • Engage authentically in relevant threads where the brand naturally fits the conversation, avoiding overly salesy approaches.
  • Build relationships with key influencers in relevant subreddits to establish the brand as a trusted participant.
  • Monitor and report performance across engagement, sentiment, brand visibility, and lead generation metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online community dynamics and be able to utilize research and social-listening tools to identify relevant conversations and trends.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully covering projects across various regions.
