Job Title: Help Desk Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to lead our help desk team. As the Help Desk Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for managing and supervising service desk technicians, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
About the Role:

- Managing and supervising a team of service desk technicians;

- Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
