In this exciting position, you'll work under the guidance of a top-notch senior team leader, assisting lawyers and migration agents in case managing family visa applications (e.g., partner, child, parent visas) and judicial review/appeals/ministerial intervention cases.

**Who You Are**

We're interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Have minimum 12 months experience in immigration law;
  • Have a keen interest in carving out a successful long-term career in immigration law;
  • Have a solid basic understanding of current Australian migration laws/policies and general practice/procedures;
  • Are IT/systems savvy;
  • Have a high work ethic, are proactive, results-driven, and deadline-focused;
  • Have excellent communication and people skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation
