About the Role

At Early Start Australia, we strive to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients and their families. As a Speech Pathologist - Contractor, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides evidence-based assessment and therapy to a mixed paediatric caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored therapy programs to children with developmental delays and disabilities through direct support and collaboration with families.
  • Work closely with a transdisciplinary clinical team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to help children reach their full potential.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current membership with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Experience working with children and/or disability, with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills.
