Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic E-Mobility & Digital Specialist to join our team at Porsche Centre Gold Coast. As the face of our electric future, you will engage with customers, expand our Destination Charging Network, and drive sales of our Electric Vehicle Offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a positive ambassador for Porsche Centre Gold Coast, creating a welcoming atmosphere and enabling customer-centric, fascinating, and personalized experiences.
- Customer Experience: Take charge of the well-being and hospitality of all Porsche Centre visitors, ensuring emotional engagement and building trust.
- Sales & Marketing: Drive sales of the Destination Charging program to local businesses and expand our charging infrastructure within our Primary Market Area.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in connecting and setting up their cars with Porsche Connect, and support second vehicle handovers to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Test Drives & Service: Actively seek new bookings for test drives and service loan appointments, providing customers with an introduction to our sales team.
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer satisfaction, ensuring surveys are returned by customers who have recently serviced or purchased their vehicle with us.
- Product Awareness: Increase awareness of our electric vehicle offerings by booking test drives with both new and existing customers.
- Delivery Readiness: Maintain the delivery readiness of vehicles.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally, ensuring proper communication and collaboration with other teams on-site and remote.
- Digital Presence: Ensure that Porsche Centre Gold Coast is digitally connected, with all content up to date across our digital retail touchpoints within the Porsche Centre.
- Marketing Support: Support the Marketing team with virtual and face-to-face product and technology presentations, serve as a product specialist for social media content, and act as an event product specialist, including being a driving instructor at test drive events.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in the Automotive, Luxury, or Tech sector.
- Strong enthusiasm for electromobility and interest in related products & services.
- A team player with excellent communication skills who supports and guides colleagues.
- Passion for cars and the latest technology.
- Possess an Open Driving License.
