Our organisation seeks an experienced finance professional to manage client services for retail and wholesale clients. This role involves overseeing offshored activities, identifying opportunities for new offshoring ventures, assisting with new product implementations, and resolving internal and external stakeholder queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of accounts
  • Registry and Custodian set ups
  • Liaising and building relationships with stakeholders including custodians, investment managers and auditors
  • Management of documentation and data across internal systems
  • Effective management and resolution of escalations and complaints

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in funds management
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Finance, Commerce, Economics)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent technical ability (MS Office)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
