Virtual Experience Creator

We're changing the way people interact with property across the globe. Our technology solutions provide greater transparency and streamlined processes.

You'll work closely with customers to help bring real spaces to life by planning and executing 3D scans for Virtual Tours. You'll travel to various locations, collaborating with onsite contacts such as property managers, real estate agents, tenants, owners, and venue managers.

Value is placed on attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About Your Role
  • Plan and execute 3D scans for Virtual Tours
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Travel to various locations as required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and onsite contacts
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-facing environment
  • A current driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle
  • Exposure to the Real Estate industry and photography advantageous
  • Ability to self-manage your time and output
  • Problem solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Digital literacy and passion for learning new digital skills
