Aluminium Window Fabricator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled factory worker to join our team in the fabrication and assembly of domestic and commercial aluminium windows and doors at our Burleigh Heads facility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethics, attention to detail, and a reasonable understanding of standard building tools. Additionally, they should be able to work effectively within a team environment and take direction as required.
- Maintenance and repair of aluminium window and door components
- Fabrication and assembly of aluminium window and door frames
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Valid White Card certification
- Able to lift heavy loads (up to 20 kg)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
This is a casual position with a competitive hourly rate ($30.00-$32.00 per hour) and a weekly schedule of approximately 38 hours. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, with specific start and finish times varying depending on the day.
