Job Role:

Clinical dietitians play a vital role in the healthcare system, providing expert advice on nutrition and diet to patients. As a clinical dietitian with over 13 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including paediatric and adult clinics.

Clinical Nutrition Expertise:

I possess extensive experience in renal nutrition, encompassing haemodialysis, chronic disease management, food allergy and intolerance, malnutrition, faltering growth, and food service management. My expertise has also been developed through my work in several African countries, where I led teams in applying evidence-based guidelines and developing organisational processes for perioperative nutrition support and infant feeding.

Leadership Skills:

In addition to my clinical expertise, I possess strong leadership skills, having successfully led teams in implementing new processes and guidelines. My ability to communicate complex information effectively and work collaboratively with others has been invaluable in my previous roles.
