Comprehensive Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a skilled Family Physician to provide full or part-time primary care services at our Community Health Centre in Victoria.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of acute and chronic diseases/illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe and refill medications, order diagnostic tests, perform minor surgical procedures, and manage chronic disease and end-of-life care.
- Refer patients to specialists and specialty programs as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse demographics, with expertise in elder care and mental health. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services.
Collaborative Team Environment:The team includes a director, medical lead physician, contracted family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, dietitian, occupational therapist, mental health clinician, population health and wellness coordinator, and medical office staff.
