Job Opportunity: Mid-Weight Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced mid-weight designer to join our creative team.

About the Role:

As a mid-weight designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality creative assets across various mediums that align with our brand and strategic objectives.

The role involves developing campaign assets such as banners, infographics, presentations, and collaborating with the marketing team to deliver creative materials for awareness, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns.

You will partner with internal teams to develop assets for strategic programs, business updates, and key moments such as product launches. You will also liaise with external agency partners to produce and deliver exceptional creative solutions as required.

Leverage industry best practices to ensure content is optimised for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop campaign assets such as banners, infographics, presentations

Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver creative materials

Partner with internal teams to develop assets for strategic programs

Liaise with external agency partners to produce and deliver exceptional creative solutions

Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field

8+ years of professional experience in a design role, preferably with corporate experience - in-house or agency side

Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) and other relevant software

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design projects across digital and print mediums

Desirable knowledge of the superannuation industry
