Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Architect to lead our full stack development efforts. This individual will design and build large-scale applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable full-stack architectures.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and third-party services.
  • Implement SEO-first practices, including clean site architecture, metadata, sitemaps, and page speed optimization.
  • Support and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using modern DevOps tools and workflows.
  • Implement and maintain secure user authentication systems, including third-party login providers and session management.
  • Ensure security and compliance, following best practices and global data protection standards (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full stack development experience in a commercial setting.
  • Advanced skills in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Strong grasp of DevOps, cloud platforms/services, particularly with AWS, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience building and securing authentication flows and access control.
  • Proven success delivering SEO-optimised websites at scale.
  • Experience managing or building content platforms across multiple locales.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across time zones.
  • Experience integrating or building with AI tools or using AI to enhance development workflows.
