Research and Engagement Lead
Job Description:The Mental Health and Research team is responsible for delivering innovative programs that promote healthy work environments. The team works collaboratively across the business to conduct research, translate data into actionable insights, and drive positive outcomes.
The role of the Research and Engagement Lead is crucial in ensuring the successful translation of research into practice. This involves developing, managing, and sustaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead research initiatives and programs to deliver evidence-based solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful knowledge translation.
- Utilize data and evidence-based approaches to inform decision-making and drive outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in research and/or relevant health field.
- Experience with research synthesis and data analysis, including use of statistical software.
- Experience working within work health and safety fields.
- Character clearance (Australian Criminal History Check).
- Employee Health Declaration.
- Six months probationary period for new engagements.
- Intra and interstate travel may be required.
