Position Overview
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be tasked with executing both Planned and Reactive Maintenance strategies across various systems including Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building, and Fire Services.
In this role, you will coordinate and manage the implementation of Planned and Reactive Maintenance solutions for a healthcare provider associated with BGIS.
This position is located in a vibrant area of Brisbane.
Important Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Oversee and collaborate with subcontractors and vendors on-site. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Deliver Maintenance Services within the allocated budget. Attend sites based on priority timelines. Conduct inspections and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS). Provide cost estimates and quotations for maintenance works. Perform system and asset verification tests.Qualifications and Skills
Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, or Hydraulic disciplines. Proficient in using an online Work Order Management System. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
