About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary disability services team at The Benevolent Society. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our Senior Practitioners and other Allied Health Professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide culturally appropriate assessment and interventions to individuals with disabilities who require language, literacy, voice, and specific eating, drinking, or total communication support.
- Develop and implement treatment and therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of our diverse client base.
- Deliver evidence-based services that meet the goals and requirements of clients' NDIS plans.
- Participate in support planning processes to ensure coordinated and effective service provision.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including family members and carers, to manage eating, drinking, and other communication needs.

- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Current driver's license (cars provided).

- Experience in applying evidence-based practice frameworks to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate clinical supports.
