Beverage Attendant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our food and beverage team at the Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park.

About the Position

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in various food and beverage outlets. You will be an ambassador for the hotel, promoting a positive image and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Positioned in either Josephs Restaurant and Bar or across multiple function areas.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service in various food and beverage outlets.
  • Be an ambassador for the hotel.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue.
  • A passion for food and beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
  • A la carte waiter experience in a quality dining environment.
  • A valid RSA certificate.
  • A desire for service excellence.
  • A basic understanding of wines and spirits.
  • A great communicator.
  • Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Initiative and be a team player.
  • Good personal presentation.
  • Self-motivation, can do attitude.
