North West Care Team Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to manage our North West team of Personal Carers. As a key member of our Home and Community Care department, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and leading a large team of care workers to provide outstanding care to our clients across the North West of Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about community care and has a proven track record in supervising large groups of field care staff. You will work closely with our personal care staff to deliver high-quality services that meet individual client's needs while promoting functional independence, wellness and lifestyles choices.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Certificate 4 in relevant industry Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Certificate 4 in Leadership and Management or equivalent or demonstrated experience
- High level of support with career progression
