Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of Capitol Bar and Grill.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for implementing Hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring that all guests expectations are exceeded, and maintaining an excellent guest experience at all times.

You will also be responsible for leading, mentoring and training the food & beverage team to provide a fun and energetic working environment, as well as ensuring cleaning and maintenance of outlets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Absolute 'can do' attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience within a hotel environment is preferred but not essential
  • Flexibility to work different hours
  • Commitment to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and efficient management, organizational skills
