We are seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at Regis Ontario, Mildura.

How you'll make a difference

  • Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents.
  • Promote happiness, wellbeing and quality of life for residents.
  • Assist in delivery of various workshops, social and other activities.
  • Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs.
  • Document any changes to resident's activities or as required by Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Communicate with residents and their families.

The skills and qualities we're looking for

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (desirable).
  • Pro active and energetic self starter with strong customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable).
  • Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable).
  • An eagerness to grow and develop career in Aged Care.
