Senior Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse Specialist to deliver high-quality patient care and lead our multidisciplinary team at Bribie Island Aged Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans aligned with accreditation standards.
  • Provide expert leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring cohesive and efficient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Substantial experience in residential aged care, preferably with a focus on senior roles or leadership positions.
  • Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant regulations.
  • Possess a National Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain).
