Job Title: Plumbing Product Specialist

Location: Kirrawee

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team in Kirrawee. As a Plumbing Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and assistance to plumbers and other tradespeople.

A typical day involves:

  • Providing customer service and information about products
  • Assisting with product quotations and sales
  • Maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring accurate product information
  • Picking orders and undertaking stock control activities
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A clean, valid driver's license
