We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of banking and allocation processes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the finance team to foster a cooperative and positive team environment.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position that requires strong attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality relating to people we support, their records, and organisational matters at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and perform regular account reconciliations.
- Generate invoices and account statements, and ensure timely and accurate completion of banking and allocation processes.
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries, and liaise with internal staff and external customers to address any concerns or discrepancies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years demonstrated experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer in a high-volume function.
- Experience with NDIS systems (desired but not essential).
- High proficiency in data entry and strong understanding of the full Accounts Receivable process.
- Proven ability to maintain Accounts Receivable functions at a consistently high standard.
