About this role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Retail Cash Office Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cash office, including counting cash, reconciling balances, and banking totals. Additionally, they will be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Counting cashier floats and reconciling
  • Daily entry of sales, wages, and gross profits into spreadsheets
  • Managing uniform inventory
  • Payroll administration
  • Administrative filing
  • New employee inductions
  • Stationary and label ordering

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a cash office or administrative role, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage cash office operations, including cash handling and reconciliation
  • Count and reconcile cashier floats
  • Enter sales, wages, and gross profits into spreadsheets daily
  • Manage uniform inventory and payroll administration
