Located in the heart of the Townsville CBD, our practice is nestled amongst the gorgeous Great Barrier Reef. With a fast-paced and family-friendly environment, we offer a unique opportunity for a general dentist to join our team.
Our Team
- We have a supportive and motivated team of dental professionals, including two experienced general dentists with over 25 years of combined experience.
- Our dental assistants are young and fast, with a strong clinical coordinator to ensure smooth operations.
- Our reception staff are reliable and provide excellent patient care.
Equipment and Technology
- We use standard x-ray imaging and have advanced sterilisation facilities, including ultrasonic and autoclave equipment.
- We also have modern surgical devices, including a contra-angle surgical handpiece.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, and other dental procedures.
- D diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain).
- Ability to work within Australia.
- Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
- Passion to learn and develop new skills expanding scope of works.
