Sector Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sector Support and Development Lead. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and developing the aged care service sector, including through delivery of sector support and development activities and line management of staff.
This part-time position is available for 30 hours per week until 30th June 2026 and can be based in any of our offices on the Mid North Coast.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly, kind and positive person with a can-do attitude, who is highly organised, efficient and effective, and passionate about efficient administration and procedural compliance.
- Will work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
- Will develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Will provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
