Our Opportunity

As Executive Divisional Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Director, Gambling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed reports and briefing papers on activities within the division;
  • Offer assistance with commission inquiries, including payment and filing according to financial procedures and licence renewal processes.

To Be Successful in This Position

You will have:

  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator;
  • A background in developing complex documents;
  • The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
