Mixology Professional Role Summary:

This position entails crafting and serving high-quality cocktails, delivering exceptional guest experiences at the bar, and collaborating with the F&B team to develop seasonal menus.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a wide range of classic, signature, and custom-crafted cocktails with precision and consistency.
• Engage guests with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor, providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics of the bar area in line with hygiene and brand standards.
• Monitor and restock bar inventory proactively, ensuring par levels are maintained and stock variances are minimized.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared and served in compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Upsell premium spirits, wines, and cocktails to maximize revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the F&B team and Chef to develop seasonal menus, signature drinks, and promotional offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of bar or mixology experience in a hotel or high-end lounge.
• Certification in Mixology or Bar Management is an added advantage.
