Customer Service Agent Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that provides exceptional customer service and delivery experiences. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for safely navigating local neighbourhoods to deliver customers' shopping to their homes during the day or night.

You will also play a key role in picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely navigate local neighbourhoods to deliver customers' shopping to their homes
  • Pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of orders
Requirements:
  • An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas
  • To be active – as well as driving, you will be on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points (there could be stairs)
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
