Are you a highly motivated and experienced nurse looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Duty Nurse Manager and Patient Flow Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating human staff resources and bed allocations across the facility, ensuring efficient patient flow and delivery of high-quality care. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work collaboratively with a dynamic team.

  • Responsible for achieving operational and strategic performance targets, evaluations, and outcomes in line with operational plans, service targets, and national and state benchmarks.
  • Accountable for the operational application and functionality of the Business Planning Framework (BPF) to support safe staffing, consumer outcomes, budget integrity, and fiscal management.
  • Participate in internal and external stakeholder engagement for nursing education and training by directing and monitoring strategies that support and promote education and learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in nursing, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
