Job Title

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid media efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience running high-performing B2B campaigns and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends.

This role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel, ROI-focused campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes with the support of our agency partners.

Campaign Strategy & ROI Optimisation:

  • Develop and execute campaigns across Search, Social, and Email channels to drive conversions and revenue growth.

Ad Channel Management:

  • Lead Search Marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) with a focus on high-intent B2B keywords and conversion optimisation.

Data, Tracking & Automation:

  • Own conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, CRM integrations).

Collaboration & Continuous Learning:

  • Align marketing campaigns with sales goals through close sales collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years' experience in a paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing role (in-house or agency).

What Success Looks Like:

  • Scale our paid spend 2X whilst maintaining current CAC and acquisition efficiency.
