Job Summary:The Community Mental Health Assessment Team (CMHAT) is seeking an experienced manager to lead our team of mental health professionals. As a CMHAT Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring effective communication among team members, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of mental health professionals to provide high-quality care to clients
- Ensure effective liaison between all healthcare professionals
- Responsible for environmental and work, health and safety management
- Develop and implement plans to improve client outcomes and team performance
