About the Opportunity



  • The Inova Pharmaceuticals (Aust) team is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to fill a Product Specialist position.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain sales targets within assigned areas through established territory sales plans, expense plan goals, and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly sales figures and initiate appropriate action where necessary.
  • Develop and implement special programs within territories to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and hospitals.
  • Provide expert assistance in the preparation and facilitation of medical education programs.
  • Maintain a proficient level of product and disease knowledge.
  • Assume additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:



  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in providing consultative solutions to senior medical professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management.
  • Excellent project management capability from initial planning through to delivery.

Working Conditions:



  • Occasional business travel may be required.
