GenesisCare is seeking a highly skilled Tax and Treasury Accountant to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the company's tax and treasury obligations are met while improving processes and reporting.

About the Role

This position provides exposure to all facets of the Tax and Treasury functions and responsibilities. As part of a small team, you will work collaboratively to support a fast-growing business.

  • Prepare income tax and fringe benefits tax returns.
  • Review monthly BAS.
  • Complete annual deferred tax reporting.
  • Review payroll tax obligations.
  • Implement process improvements and automated tax compliance solutions.
  • Provide ad hoc advice.
Treasury Responsibilities

You will assist in maintaining the group's transaction banking obligations, monitoring cash balances, and producing monthly reporting outputs for Finance.

  • Assist in managing liquidity and cashflow forecasting.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements across Treasury activities including systems implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CPA / CA qualified (or part qualified).
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Tableau reporting skills desirable but not essential.
