Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Senior FI/CO Business Analyst to join our team at Pact Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting smooth SAP operations, developing and improving business processes, and working closely with stakeholders.

About this Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient implementation and operation of SAP systems, including functional consulting, configuration, testing, and training. You will work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to identify process gaps, map business processes to SAP systems, and recommend improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To provide expert-level functional consulting services in SAP FI/CO modules, ensuring best practices are followed and processes are optimized.
  • To develop and implement comprehensive business process maps, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that align with SAP standards.
  • To configure and test SAP solutions, conduct user acceptance testing, and finalize migration plans from legacy systems to SAP.
  • To create and execute test cases, record defects, analyze errors, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-quality system performance.
  • To lead the rollout and implementation of new SAP solutions for various clients, adhering to ASAP methodology and best practices.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders, steering committees, project management teams, and change managers to provide relevant documentation and artifacts.
  • To create functional specifications and work with development teams to design and develop solutions on SAP or third-party system interfaces.
  • To train business users and provide training materials, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong background in SAP FI/CO modules, with extensive experience in implementing and optimizing business processes.
  • Expertise in configuring and integrating SAP FI, CO, and other modules, with a deep understanding of SAP standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise functional specifications, training manuals, and support-related documentation.
  • The ability to map business processes to SAP standards, identify gaps, and provide work-around solutions.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment, with a quick learning capacity and the ability to manage tasks and schedules effectively.
  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP FICO modules, with a proven track record of end-to-end implementations.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Located in Moorabbin, Victoria, Australia.
