We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscaping and Horticulture Manager to lead our team in the development of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and direct a team of gardening professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and implement landscaping plans for new and existing buildings, incorporating large areas of lawn and garden beds.
- Maintain irrigation systems, perform equipment maintenance, and ensure all work meets high standards.
- Utilize expert knowledge of planting, plant identification, soil types, grass management, hedge cutting, and general horticultural practices to drive project results.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize project timelines and deliver results.
- Minimum 2 years' managerial experience in Horticulture or a related field.
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Our properties are still being developed into showpieces, offering exciting opportunities for growth and development.
