Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned architectural professional to join our team in Adelaide, Australia. As an accomplished Senior Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of architectural projects, encompassing design, documentation, and project execution.

About the Role
  • Lead the creative development, technical documentation, and successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects across multiple sectors, with a primary focus on South Australia
  • Coordinate consultants, oversee project timelines, and ensure timely completion to the highest standard
  • Participate in design reviews, ensuring outcomes align with our organizational values and design approach
  • Guide and mentor project teams, fostering capability growth across the studio
  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company throughout all project phases
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience within the Australian market, preferably with exposure to multi-residential, mixed-use, and mid to high-rise developments
  • Proven expertise across all stages of architectural delivery – concept design to construction
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Sketchup is desirable; excellent documentation and technical detailing skills are essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Registration as an Architect (or eligibility for registration in SA)
