Seasonal Factory Worker

Wilmar Sugar is seeking seasonal factory workers and cane supply & transport team members to join our team in Australia. As the nation's largest raw sugar manufacturer and exporter, we're leading the charge in the production of green energy and Bioethanol in Queensland.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about working in an industrial environment and have a willingness to learn. Our factory positions offer a variety of work schedules, including day work and shift work rosters. You'll have the opportunity to work in various sections, including the weighbridge, general mill worker, bagasse truck and loader drivers who require a HR Licence.

If you enjoy working outdoors, our cane supply & transport team may be the perfect fit for you. You'll work on the cane rail system, relocating sugarcane from farms to factories through shift work. The positions include loco driver assistants and physically demanding roles like cane rail labourer.

For all roles, we're looking for applicants who are willing to complete an entire crushing season, which generally runs from June through to December, subject to weather conditions and other factors.
