Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team and work on implementing Oracle Hospitality products onsite and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and experience with Oracle products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, train, transition, and support Oracle Hospitality products using the latest Oracle installation, configuration, and training standards and procedures.
  • Impart Oracle product knowledge and recommendations on hospitality best practices and operations as they apply to Oracle products.
  • Manage, entry, track, and first-line escalate Service Requests in MOS, Oracle Service Cloud tickets, and enhancement requests.
  • First-line resolve or escalate project risks and issues to the Project Manager in a consulting engagement and manage project scope, deliverables, and timeline within a consulting engagement.
  • Timely and accurately file project status reports and other project deliverables, and time cards and expenses reports.
  • Remain current and familiar with Oracle product new releases and new features.
  • Obtain and maintain current certification in products and Major Account accreditation's.
Requirements
  • Able to travel extensively and be away from home for extended periods of time and/or to work remotely from home or from the base office.
  • Willing to work overtime, overnight, weekends, and public holidays as requested.
  • Commitment to adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with Oracle team members, customer stakeholders, and customer team members and other related vendors from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds.
  • Currently hold a valid Australian passport or Permanent Residency.
