Job Responsibilities:- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans for residential projects.
- Liaise with builders, clients, and tradespeople regarding drawings, projects, and plans.
- Maintain adherence to regulations and practice codes.
- Work closely with architects, certifiers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet client specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and data necessary for accurate and efficient drafting.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including specifications, schedules, costing, and reports.
- Create 3D models to showcase designs of plans, products, buildings, etc.
- Ensure drawings and plans are of the highest quality and accuracy.

Required Skills:- Minimum three years of work experience in residential drafting or relevant qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of Australian residential construction processes and methods.
- Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards.
- Positive attitude, creative mindset, and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
