Supply Chain Manager

Description:

The Supply Chain Management team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering logistic support to Defence operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and satisfy training requirements for the workforce to ensure a competent workforce across the Defence Network.
  • Coordinate day-to-day training nominations required for our workforce.
  • Manage customer feedback tools to ensure all feedback is actioned and resolved by the relevant units in a timely manner.
  • Assist in tracking expenditure and making financial decisions.
  • Be accountable for organising own workflow and make independent decisions relating to own area of responsibility.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify, respond and provide advice on issues and enquiries to achieve work unit outcomes.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with team members and actively participate in team work and group activities.
  • Work collaboratively, operate as an effective team member and provide constructive feedback.
About Our Team:

The Supply Chain Branch is responsible for planning, coordination, delivery and analysis of domestic and overseas logistic support to Defence operations, exercises and directed activities.
