Project Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced site supervisor/foreman to lead our projects in South East QLD.

  • Conducting on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes
  • Coordinating subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Working autonomously, coordinating internal and external resources, and maintaining regular program updates with the project team and subcontractors
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and to our high standards
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders to uphold a strong professional reputation
  • Participating in WHS inspections, injury/incident investigations, and maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
  • Organizing defect works in a timely manner and participating in lessons learnt sessions for continuous improvement
About You - Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in civil construction in a similar role
  • A solid foundation in typical civil works including earthworks, flexible and rigid pavements, buried services, infrastructural, formed structural concrete, landscaping, and other unique civil and infrastructure type projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and good computer/mobile device skills for daily use of programs and apps
  • Relevant civil background and competencies, with a focus on quality, cost control, and teamwork
