Dynamic Store Manager Opportunity

This is a dynamic role operating Monday to Friday with varying hours. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high standard of efficiency and compliance across all store operations, processes, and tasks.

About the Role:

This position involves supporting the Store Manager in overseeing operational efficiency and compliance in-store. You will work collaboratively with the Store Manager to review and improve store operational processes to maximize productivity and sales.

  • Collaborate with Store Managers to enhance store operational effectiveness
  • Participate in reviewing and improving operational procedures to optimize productivity and sales performance
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in supervising operational efficiency and compliance within stores
  • Work together with Store Managers to implement and refine store operational processes for maximum productivity and sales
  • Contribute to coaching and developing the team on operational procedures
  • Manage cash handling and administrative responsibilities in accordance with company compliance regulations
  • Partner with Store and Assistant Store Managers to oversee end-of-month processes
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in administration, operational support, and scheduling roles
  • Inventory management or stock handling experience preferred
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
