Music Department Entry-Level Position in Sydney Office

Seeking ambitious and career-oriented individuals for an entry-level position in the Music department located in our Sydney office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global music/talent agency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease.

  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks
  • Reviewing show contracts
  • Maintaining schedules with high attention to detail
  • Covering desks for assistants
  • Completing projects related to the music department

  • Must be detailed-oriented and able to handle complex instructions
  • Must be an excellent multi-tasker and problem-solver
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in executing assigned tasks
  • Friendly demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and proactive individual
  • Able to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently
